Refund policy

Damaged on arrival

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. Send the item back to us and we'll refund your full order, including shipping, within 30 days of receiving it. We'll cover your return postage.

Change of mind

If the product isn't right for you, send it back unused and in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. We'll refund the product price within 30 days of receiving it. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return

Email support@milomunch.co.za with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Hygiene note: For hygiene reasons, items must be unused to qualify for a change-of-mind return.
