Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is being shipped 

Shipping options and delivery times

Standard Shipping: 5 - 8 business days (target not promised). Flat fee of R100 otherwise free on orders over R500.

Delivery times are counted from the day your order is placed, and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Free Shipping

Orders over R500 automatically qualify for free Standard shipping. No code needed, it's applied at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

Delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
